“I believe that patience is a key skill in life and, no matter how good or bad things may turn out, a positive mindset will always help you achieve what you set out to do, so always dream big”

Benjamin Tabone Grech started working within the family business at the age of 17, eventually obtaining an undergraduate and Master’s degree in Architecture and Environmental Design from the University of Nottingham. After practising as an architect in London and Berlin for over two years, he returned to Malta and re-joined the family business, which, had cobranded with international luxury real estate agency Engel & Völkers.

Taking stock of the unprecedented year 2020 turned out to be, he acknowledges what a challenging year it has been to all, going through the most radical transformation the world has ever seen.

This has certainly taught us to give more attention to the importance of a work-life balance and happily change our focus and energy on building the new because no matter what falls upon us we must keep ploughing ahead, nothing lasts forever.
